What we store

We only store the data strictly necessary to run your campaigns: your account details, your campaign configurations, OAuth tokens (encrypted), and the email drafts our AI generates. SMTP passwords are AES-256 encrypted at rest.

What we don't do

We do not read your sent or received emails, we do not share your connected email account credentials with third parties, and we do not sell or rent any data we collect.

Analytics & cookies

With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website. Clarity may record:

• Mouse movements, clicks, and scrolls (heatmaps)
• Session recordings of page interactions
• Aggregated usage statistics

Clarity data is processed by Microsoft in accordance with Microsoft's Privacy Statement. No personal email content or campaign data is included in Clarity recordings.

Analytics are only loaded after you click Accept on the cookie consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or clicking Decline on a fresh visit (after clearing the cookie_consent key).

OAuth & third parties

AiSendsEmails complies with global privacy regulations including GDPR. All OAuth2 communication flows directly to the official Google and Microsoft identity providers. Sub-processors we use are listed on request.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@aisendsemails.com. To opt out of analytics, clear your browser's local storage or decline consent on your next visit.
