Acceptable use

By using IceColdEmails you agree to our fair-usage policies for cold outreach. You must strictly comply with anti-spam laws in your target jurisdictions, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and the Australian Spam Act where applicable.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the campaigns you create, the targets you outreach to, and the deliverability reputation of the email accounts you connect. We provide the tooling; you control the strategy.

Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend any account that uses our platform to send unsolicited spam, phishing content, or malicious payloads. Repeat violations result in permanent termination.

Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel any time from the Billing page — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.

Liability

IceColdEmails is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
